Post Wedding Buffet

Our clients were married in Fiji 2 weeks ago, but wanted to have a celebration back in Australia for any relatives and friends that couldn't make it overseas. Despite the weather, they were set-up for a great night of festivities. Menu was as follows:


Canapés 
*Gourmet Mexican Bean Pies with Guacamole and Sweet Chilli(V)
*Mini Beef Burgers with Swiss Cheese and Caramelised Onion
*Traditional Tomato and Basil Brushetta(V)




Buffet
*Satay Chicken Skewers with Peanut Dipping Sauce
*Roast Fillet of Beef with Caramelised Eschallots, Truss Tomatoes & Balsamic Glaze
*Glazed Ham with condiments
*Roast Pumpkin and Ricotta Raviolo with Burnt Butter, Sage and Lemon
*Roast Beetroot Salad with Green Beans, Watercress, Roast Spanish Onion & Feta
*Roast Roost Vegetable Salad with Spinach
*Spicy Mexi-bean salad with Salsa, Lettuce, Tomato, Guacamole & Sour Cream
*Assorted Bread Rolls
