5 Functions in 3 Days = 270 happy guests

So as mentioned on our Facebook page, we completed 5 different Functions in 3 days last weekend, that =270 happy tummies. And yes, we loved every minute of it!!!


Friday 1st June
Our new Partners 'Naked Wines Australia' had another Successful Wine Tasting at Zubi in Newport on the Northern Beaches. Here is there delicious Canape Menu, which was on display but also passed around through everyone sipping on some great wines direct from the maker(yes, no middle man in sight).

·          Caramelised Onion, Oven Baked Tomato and Goats Cheese Tarts
·          Rare Roast Beef Crostinis with Roast Baby Tomatoes and Horseradish Crème
·          Prawn Cocktail Cones w ‘Seasoned’ Cocktail Sauce
·          Smoked Salmon Blini with Citrus Crème Fresh and Dill
·          Peking Duck Pancakes with Hoisin and Chilli
·          Crisp Corn Fritters with Crab, Spiced Avocado and Corn Salsa
·          Seared Tuna with Basil Oil, Salmon Roe and Baby Herbs









Saturday 2nd June

We were lucky enough to cater for Palm Beach Surf Clubs Annual Dinner, there were 85 members in total who were treated to a 3 course meal.



Entree - Alternate
*Prawn & Avocado Salad with Lime Aioli
*Caramelised Onion, Oven Dried Tomato, Fetta Tart with Rocket & Balsamic Dressing

Main Buffet Menu  - Served on Shared Platters
*Rare Peppered Beef Salad with Oven Dried Tomato, Rocket, Cornichon and Roasted Spanish Onion
*Rolled Stuffed Chicken Breast w Ricotta Spinach, Pinenuts on a salad of Spinach, Semi Dried Tomatoes, Parmesan and Balsamic Dressing
*Steamed Seasonal Greens
*Roast Root Vegetable Salad
    *Crispy Rosemary Chat Potato




Dessert
    *Individual Apple Crumble Pies with Vanilla Ice Cream

Then our next Function was for Mosman Rugby Club at Rawson Oval in Mosman. We held a canape party for the parents of the Rugby Teams.

Sunday 3rd June
We were off to Roseville to for a Sit-down lunch for an amazing couple who were having there 60th Anniversary celebration with Family & Friends, they even had a 3-piece band serenading them, very special day for all.

    *Peking Duck Pancakes with Hoisin and Chilli
    *Smoked Salmon Blini with Citrus Crème Fresh and Dill
    *Seared Scallop with Pork Crackling, Asian Salad and Chilli Dressing


Main 
    *Poached wagyu beef with paris mash spinach, baby eschallots and wasabi butter
    *Crispy Skinned Barramundi w paris mash, Roasted Baby Eschallots, Peas, Lemon, Watercress & Confit Tomatoes

Dessert 
    *Crème Brulee with Berry Compote and Almond Biscotti
*Flourless Chocolate Cake with Cream, Cherries & Cherry Glaze
