Chef Sheree believes a great way to start the morning is with her fresh Smoked Salmon Blinis. She says the only way to prepare the Blinis is to use wholemeal flour, typically with traditional Buckwheat. These are also a great finger food delight that we also serve regularly at our canape parties. At our Frenchs Forest Function on the weekend(based on Sydney's, Northern Beaches) these were definitely a crowd favourite.
