Just tried my Mexicana meat for my canape pies, just pop into home-made pastry, bake and add guacamole and sour cream for a Mexican delight. I'm sure our Northern Beaches Client and his guests will love this simple but delicious dish from our latest catered event. Chef Sheree

My Normal Working Day
I'm sitting here, busily on the computer catching up on all my paperwork, with the amazing smell of Sheree creating an array of canape dishes for our latest catering adventure on Sydneys Northern Beaches. Yum Yum, I wish I was going to the party on the weekend.

Wedding Tasting
I am enjoying a fun afternoon preparing some canapes for a wedding tasting tonight in Manly. I am loving the smells of the pork belly braising in the oven, can't wait to crisp up the skin and have a taste.
