Mediterranean Menu & Amazing Desserts

Well today Chef Sheree put together an amazing Mediterranean menu for a new client on the Sydneys Northern Beaches at Frenchs Forest, check out the menu:


  •         Cumin Spiced Beef Kebabs
  •         Spicy Chicken Curry
  •         Lamb Tagine with Preserved Lemon
  •         Spiced Cous Cous Salad with Roasted Pumpkin & Fresh Herbs
  •         Tabouleh Salad with Tomato & Cucumber
  •         Afghan Bread
  •         Minted Yoghurt
  •         Hommus
  •         Baba Ganoush

And Desserts that followed were amazing, Creme Brulee was the crowd
favourite:
  •     Lemon & Lime Tartlets with Fresh Blueberries
  •     Decadent white and dark chocolate marquis sponge with cherry glaze
  •     Cream brulee with almond biscotti 
  •
