Busy Busy & Busy

So starting from Thursday 20th we had a busy busy busy few days.

Starting in Chatswood at a high end car showroom we catered 120 people for the Investment Banker Awards.

Menu ran over 2 hours:

  • ·   Smoked Salmon Blini with Citrus Crème Fresh and Dill
  •     Mushroom & Parmesan Arancini with Spiced Tomato Sauce
  •     Zuchinni & Haloumi Fritters with Citrus Crème Fraiche
  •     House Made Pork and Ginger Dumplings with Soy and Chilli
  • ·   Peking Duck Pancake with Hoi Sin & Chilli
  •    Chicken Satay Skewers with Peanut Dipping Sauce








Then on Friday night we had 2 more canapé parties. One at a local club & the other was a 16th Birthday party. Our sweet 16 menu was a little bit different than our typical menu but the 30+ kids loved it(and so did the adults):
·             Bacon, Fetta & Basil Tarts
·             Mini Cheese Burgers
·             Satay Chicken Skewers with Peanut Dipping Sauce
·             Moroccan Lamb Pies with Tomato Sauce
·             Ham & Cheese Pizzettes
·             Tuna & Avocado Nori Rolls
·             Mini Fish & Chip Boxes

Our Club party was made to feed the masses:
·          Caramelised Onion, Oven Baked Tomato and Goats Cheese Tarts(V)
·          Mushroom & Parmesan Arancini with Spiced Tomato Sauce(V)
·          Crisp Corn Fritters with Avocado Salsa(V)
·          Zuchinni & Haloumi Fritters with Citrus Crème Fraiche(V)
·          House Made Pork and Ginger Dumplings with Soy and Chilli
·          Mini Beef Burgers with Swiss Cheese and Caramelised Onions
·          Chicken & Chive Finger Sandwiches
·          Mini Lamb Pies
·          Pressed Turkish Steak Sandwiches with Caramelised Onions, Haloumi & Relish


Saturday night was filled with more canapés a 40th & 50th Birthday:

Fire & Ice 50th Birthday - Newport

Cocktails anyone? We had our lovely staff making Cosmopolitans & Mojitos on Saturday night (for a 50th Birthday), along with a beautiful Sangria.




 Menu was a filling canape menu - great food to accompany all those delicious drinks.

        *Peking Duck Pancakes with Hoi Sin & Chilli

*Seared Scallop in Shell with Confit Tomato & Balsamic Glaze
*Seared Tuna with Basil Oil, Salmon Roe and Baby Herbs
*Lamb Koftas with Tzatziki and Flat Bread
*Roast Pumpkin and Ricotta Raviolo with Burnt Butter, Sage and Lemon(V)
*Pressed Turkish Steak Sandwiches with Caramelised Onions and Haloumi & Relish
*Caramelised Onion, Oven Roasted Tomato and Feta Tarts(V)
*Mini Mexican Chicken Fajitas
*Prawn Curry with Rice(Substantial)
