Sit Down Dinner - Point Piper(May)

Last Monday night we did an amazing sit-down dinner for a great client of ours to entertain his 'chinese' delegates at his Point Piper home in Sydney. Take a look at his fabulous menu:

To Start - Canapé Menu
                                        Peking Duck Pancakes w Hoi Sin & Chill
Remnants of Tempura Prawns Spring Roll with Lime Aioli(must have been delicious)
Entrée

Crisp Pork Belly with Parsnip & Pear Puree, Seared Scallop and Glazed Jus

Main


    Seared Lobster Medallions(served in the shell) with Potato Eschallot Gratin, Shaved Fennel & Beurre Blanc


Dessert


   Vanilla Pannacotta with Raspberry Jelly, Almond Tuille & Pistachio Praline
