Another Canape Party

Yes,  it was another successful canapé party last night in Manly for a 30th Birthday. Dress was mascarade with some amazing masks on show. Here was another wonderful menu:


Hot Canapé Menu
·          Mushroom & Parmesan Arancini with Spiced Tomato Sauce
·          Skewered Cajun Spiced Prawns with Citrus Mayo
·          Seared Scallop in Shell with Confit Tomato & Balsamic Glaze

·          Smoked Salmon Blini with Citrus Crème Fresh and Dill
·          Seared Tuna with Basil Oil, Salmon Roe and Baby Herbs

·          Peking Duck Pancakes with Hoisin and Chilli

Substantial Canapé Menu
·          Fragrant Chicken Curry with Jasmine Rice & Crispy Eschallot
·          Pernod Prawns with Fennel, Spanish Onion, Kipfler Potaoes, Garlic and Thyme

Canapes All Round

Well what a Friday and a busy start to this weekend of Catering. Our first canapé party was for a Production Company Studio opening in Double Bay. A Cold Menu was hand written for this client specific to there wants and needs:


  •           Caramelised Onion, Oven Baked Tomato and Goats Cheese Tarts
  •           Peking Duck Pancakes with Hoisin and Chilli
  •          Crisp Corn Fritters with Crab, Spiced Avocado Salsa
  •           Seared Tuna with Basil Oil, Wasabi Cream, Salmon Pearls & Baby Shiso
  •           Crispy Wonton with Chicken
  •           Smoked Salmon Blini with Citrus Crème Fresh and Dill
  •          Rare Roast Beef Crostinis with Roast Baby Tomatoes and Horseradish Crème
  •          House Made Assorted Sushi

Our 2nd Function was a local event for our new partners Naked Wines Australia. Held down at a fabulous local coffee Shop in Newport called Zubi. While all the guests were busy tasting some fine wines direct from the makers they had the chance to pop some tantalising treats into there mouths from Chef Sheree's delicious menu.

21st Canape Party in Manly

So the 21st Birthday we catered for on Saturday night was a success, good company, plenty of alcohol, great food and dancing was the key to a perfect Canapé Party in Manly.

Mediterranean Menu & Amazing Desserts

Well today Chef Sheree put together an amazing Mediterranean menu for a new client on the Sydneys Northern Beaches at Frenchs Forest, check out the menu:


  •         Cumin Spiced Beef Kebabs
  •         Spicy Chicken Curry
  •         Lamb Tagine with Preserved Lemon
  •         Spiced Cous Cous Salad with Roasted Pumpkin & Fresh Herbs

And Desserts that followed were amazing, Creme Brulee was the crowd
